Requirements: - Bachelors/Masters degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. - 4+ years of proven experience in sales and marketing, with at least 3+ years in a leadership role. - Strong knowledge of the Indian market, consumer behaviour, and industry trends. - Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. - Hands-on experience in developing and executing marketing strategies. - Ability to work cross-functionally and coordinate with digital/social media teams. - Result-oriented with a strong track record of achieving sales targets. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. - Proficiency in CRM tools, digital marketing analytics, and campaign management.
