Title: Digital Marketing Specialist SEO & Performance MarketingLocation: Kolkata (Preferred)Job Type: Full-timeIndustry: eCommerce / Digital ServicesRole Overview:- We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing professional with a strong focus on SEO, Performance Marketing, and eCommerce growth.- The role involves driving organic and paid traffic, improving search rankings, managing campaigns across multiple platforms, and leading a small team to deliver measurable results for international clients.Key Roles & Responsibilities:- Plan and execute SEO strategies to improve organic rankings on Google SERPs, including on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.- Lead link-building initiatives to improve domain authority and keyword rankings.- Manage and optimize PPC campaigns across Google Ads (AdWords) and social media platforms.- Handle social media marketing and ad campaigns on LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram.- Optimize website content, landing pages, and ad copy for SEO and SEM performance.- Work extensively on eCommerce SEO, particularly for Shopify-based websites.- Administer and monitor search engine programs using advanced SEO marketing tools.- Implement content marketing strategies aligned with the latest Google algorithm updates.- Conduct competitor analysis, including tracking competitor advertising links and keyword strategies.- Drive and manage high-quality traffic to the website with a focus on conversions.- Handle generic and competitive keyword ranking strategies for international markets.- Collaborate with content, design, and development teams to ensure SEO best practices.- Prepare performance reports and insights for stakeholders and clients.- Lead and mentor a small digital marketing/SEO team and ensure timely delivery of goals.Required Candidate Profile:- Strong hands-on experience in SEO (On-page, Off-page, Technical).- Proven experience in eCommerce SEO (mandatory).- Experience working on Shopify websites (preferred/add-on).- Good working knowledge of Wix, Shopify, GoDaddy, Yell, and similar platforms.- Experience managing international client projects.- Expertise in Google Ads, PPC, Email Marketing, and campaign optimization.- Familiarity with advanced SEO and analytics tools.- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.- Prior team handling or mentoring experience.- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.- Preferred candidates based in Kolkata.Perks & Benefits:- 5-day working week- Paid sick leave- Competitive salary package- Opportunity to work with industry-standard tools and global clients- Growth-oriented and collaborative work environmentKey Skills:- SEO, Digital Marketing, Shopify, Google Ads (AdWords), PPC Campaigns, Social Media Marketing, eCommerce SEO, Content Marketing, Performance Marketing (ref:iimjobs.com)
