Location : Bangalore.

Experience : 5 Year.

Skills Required :

- At least 5 to 6 years of experience in SAP PP, QM module.

- Worked on at least 3-4 Application support engagements.

- Strong Experience in SAP PP, QM configuration, and business processes.

- Minimum 4+ years of relevant experience in SAP PP/QM and well-versed in SAP S4 Hana/Ecc with good analytical skills.

- Experience includes 3-4 end-to-end implementations and Support Projects.

In-depth knowledge of the following :

- Must have worked on production planning - Discrete manufacturing and Repetitive manufacturing.

- Knowledge of Planning Strategies, Production plans, Demand Management, MRP, Capacity planning, and Kanban.

- Must have worked on the configuration of production planning and QM module.

- Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions, identify, validate, and document customer requirements.

- Knowledge of ad-hoc process.

- Map client business requirements, processes, and objectives; develop necessary product modifications to satisfy client's needs.

- Excellent communication written oral and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to maintain good relationships with clients, right attitude towards work, and team player.

Role and Responsibilities :

- Good understanding of business processes in the areas of production planning, execution, and plant.

- Hands-on experience in configuring the system to support the entire logistics of Process orders, Production orders, MRP planning, Plant maintenance, Assembly, Serial Number, Batch number, BOM, Notification, Maintenance orders, calibration orders, Maintenance Task List, Measuring Point, Counters, and Maintenance master Plans, inspection lot creation & make the Usage decision for inspection lot.

- Expert in PP, QM master data objects.

- Design, customize, configure, and testing of PP.

- Identify gaps, and issues and work around solutions.

- Act as liaison with client for troubleshooting: investigate, analyze, and solve software problems.

- Handle changes or emergency transports as needed for high-priority issues.

- Document functional designs, test cases, and results.

- Proactively identify and propose business process and system enhancements.

- Provide consulting services on both new implementations and existing support projects.

- Act as a liaison between the business functions and the technical team.

- Ability to work in a team environment, effectively interacting with others.
