  • Job Title: SAP PP/QM Specialist
  • Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced SAP PP/QM specialist to join our team at NR Consulting - India.
  • Responsibilities:
    • Participate in SAP business and technical discussions, executing tasks in coordination with stakeholders.
    • Plan, design, develop, and implement SAP solutions to support ongoing business activities at NR Consulting - India.
    • Gather requirements from business stakeholders at manufacturing sites.
    • Analyze and assess business requirements.
    • Prepare Business Understanding Documents (BUD).
    • Assess the impact of new solutions, requirements, and integration with other IT applications.
    • Write functional specification documentation as part of the software development life cycle.
    • Perform functional analysis and provide solutions for GIS project management to facilitate project planning.
    • Research new technologies in SAP that may be strategically important to NR Consulting - India.
    • Perform testing according to business requirements.
    • Provide training to end users on newly developed solutions and conduct refresher training.
    • Support business and IT with work instructions, SOPs, and end-user manuals for designed processes.
    • Advise business users on developments in relevant SAP processes.
    • Work as part of a team to achieve outcomes, ensuring compliance with IS Incident Management and IS Change Management processes.
    • Assist in fulfilling departmental objectives and obligations.
    • Investigate, diagnose, and resolve incidents with coworkers and customers, updating the call track system according to IS processes. Monitor and communicate progress of incidents and escalate if necessary.
    • Ensure adherence to compliance programs and company policies and procedures by team members.
    • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Requirements:
    • Any Graduate/Post Graduate; BE/B Tech preferred.
  • Skills and Abilities:
    • Good domain experience.
    • Strong SAP knowledge in QM/PP modules.
    • Experience in end-to-end SAP implementation.
    • Strong understanding of business processes in a manufacturing environment.
    • Understanding of SAP module integrations.
    • Ability to translate business requirements to SAP solutions.
    • Experience in writing business requirement documents and preparing training materials.
    • Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
    • Good communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
  • Experience:
    • Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in SAP PP/QM.
    • At least 2 end-to-end SAP implementation experiences.
