We're Hiring: Manager – HORECA (PAN India Sales)

Location: Delhi (Preferred) | Open to Travel

Experience: 5–7 years in HORECA / Food and Wellness Sales

CTC: 9-12 LPA

With a growing footprint across India and Nepal and a robust distribution network, we're now focused on expanding our HORECA (Hotels, Restaurants, Catering, QSR) vertical—and we need you.

We're looking for an experienced Manager – HORECA to lead and scale our Pan-India Food Service Sales vertical.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive national HORECA sales (Hotels, Restaurants, Caterers, QSRs, etc.)
  • Build and manage distributor and channel partner networks
  • Acquire and scale institutional and key accounts
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution
  • Travel extensively to expand presence and drive performance

Requirements:

  • 5–8 years of successful experience in HORECA or Food-Service Sales, with demonstrable results.
  • Strong industry network with a proven sales track record
  • Strategic thinker with excellent team leadership capabilities
  • Willingness to travel across India
  • Candidates familiar with olive oil, Green Tea, and sanitary pad products in the HORECA sector are preferred.
