Top 3 Daily Tasks:- Develop tutorials, product guides, and digital learning resources explaining product features for external users.- Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to translate complex insights into easy-to-understand content.- Build and maintain a structured knowledge framework enabling stakeholders to quickly learn and adopt the product.Minimum Work Experience Required:- 4-6 years of experience in product documentation, technical writing, instructional design, or related roles.- Proven ability to simplify technical concepts into clear, concise language.- Demonstrated experience in creating user-facing tutorials, documentation, or learning materials.- Strong written and verbal communication skills.- Experience collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.Top 5 Skills You Should Possess:- Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate technical ideas into user-friendly language.- Creative storytelling and problem-solving skills for explaining complex features in engaging ways.- Experience in creating structured learning content for digital products or platforms.- Ability to collaborate across multiple teams (product, design, engineering).- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining clarity, consistency, and tone across materials.Full-Stack Awareness:- Familiarity with wearable technology, AI-powered systems, and mobile applications.- Understanding of user interaction patterns in AR/VR/AI-driven Points For:- Experience with e-learning tools, interactive tutorials, or multimedia content creation.- Exposure to AR/VR or AI ecosystems.- Passion for building intuitive learning experiences through design and content.What You'll Be Expected to Do:- Design and manage the knowledge ecosystem for AjnaLens' wearable AI device, including tutorials, product guides, and external learning resources.- Ensure that all documentation and learning materials enable quick comprehension and smooth adoption of the product.- Work with cross-functional teams to continuously refine content for clarity, accessibility, and engagement.- Build frameworks and processes that allow scalable, consistent communication of product knowledge across audiences.
