What You Will Be Doing:

Translations.com is seeking a Technical Product Manager to manage and own the product lifecycle for integration frameworks for CMS & e-commerce systems. This position will work with internal development and QA teams and vendor partners to build integrations into GlobalLink - our flagship cloud-based translation management platform

We are looking for forward-thinking professionals who are more interested in how things could become and who can thrive in an evolving and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Manage the entire product life cycle which includes:

  1. Explore product functionality and recommend best strategy to integrate
  2. Ability to design/create product specifications for functional and user requirements
  3. Closely monitor development and QA
  4. Do active review of test strategy
  5. Planning continuous upgrades for new features and adapt to latest market releases.
  6. Collaborate with multiple teams in multiple time zones including product managers, engineers, solutions engineers, QA and customers for product strategy & roadmap.
  7. Participate in UI/UX design.
  8. Author & review Documentation updates
  • Perform competitor analysis.
  • Develop marketing collateral and assist tech sales.
  • Engage stakeholders on necessary inputs, manage communications, expectations and dependencies with customers.
  • Analyze potential partner relationships with vendors.

Who We Are Looking For:

Your experience includes:

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering or relevant work experience
  • 3+ years of experience in a software or technology company
  • 1+ years of product management experience
  • Advanced knowledge of all aspects of the software product development lifecycle
  • Experience in effectively working with external and internal clients to gather and organize user requirements, user stories and use cases
  • Familiar with tools like JIRA for project and requests tracking
  • Must have very strong analytical skills and a strategic thinker
  • Proven track record of balancing multiple projects at once and delivery of projects successfully on time
  • Technical background with experience in any of the following is preferred, but not required: Java, Microsoft. Net, PHP, REST APIs, and JSON/XML

Big plus if you are:

  • Familiar with translation and localization domain and translation management systems.
  • Experienced with content management systems or e-commerce platforms.
  • Experienced in working integrating products with 3rd party APIs
