Full-TimeJob Summary:We seek a detail-oriented US payroll Associate to handle Payroll queries, daily/weekly and monthly activities, and payroll operations. This role offers excellent growth opportunities for freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of experience.Key Responsibilities:Process the payroll corrections tickets as per company policyAnswer employee queries regarding payroll issuesReview the timesheet and attendance entries as per retro correctionAssist in processing service now tickets to meet SLAWork on weekly and monthly audits for the activitiesSupport is required for the work such as additional compensation, payroll processing for subcontractorsContribute to month-end activities whenever possibleRequired Skills:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Commerce, or Accounting.0-2 years of US payroll experience.Basic understanding of US payroll and compliance.Strong communication skills for vendor and stakeholder coordination.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.Familiarity with ERP systems (UKG experience preferred).Detail-oriented and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.This role offers valuable exposure and learning opportunities for those looking to build their careers in HRO operations.
