Identifies synergies across project structures below him.- Commercial Acumen: Drives cost control, claims management, and margin protection.- Governance & Compliance: Ensures adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory standards.- Lead, develop, and appraise project teams.- Ensure the timely and effective management of project documentation, status reporting, and escalations.
