Key Responsibilities: Project Coordination: Manage and coordinate efforts between onsite and offshore teams. Ensure clear communication of project goals, tasks, and timelines. Monitor project progress and resolve any roadblocks promptly. Leadership and Team Management: Lead a team of developers, designers, and testers. Motivate team members and foster a collaborative work environment. Conduct regular status meetings and updates. Technical Oversight: Guide projects involving Microsoft technologies (e.g., .NET, Azure). Ensure adherence to technical standards and best practices. Collaborate with technical leads to resolve complex issues. Client and Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders. Gather requirements, provide updates, and manage expectations. Maintain a high level of client satisfaction. Qualifications: 7+ years of experience in project management, specifically in Microsoft technologies. A strong understanding of the insurance domain is a plus. Proven ability to manage onsite and offshore teams effectively. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in tools like JIRA, Microsoft Project, or similar.
