Gratia Technology is an IT development company working with several enterprises across the globe. We work as a technology partner right from nurturing the idea till its execution. The ideal Project Manager for our company would be responsible for planning, overseeing and leading projects from ideation through to completion.

Requirements for this position:

  1. Monitor the overall activities of the project and assign tasks and responsibilities to team members based on their expertise.

  2. Documentation and reporting regarding any add on project.

  3. Plan, execute, and deliver projects within scope, time, and budget.

  4. Define project goals, timelines, and resource requirements.
  5. Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams.
  6. Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.
  7. Monitor progress and manage risks or issues.
  8. Ensure quality standards and client satisfaction.
  9. Control project budgets and optimize resources.
  10. Maintain project documentation and status reports.

  11. Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure smooth delivery.

  12. Monitor and manage potential risks throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualification required for the post :

  1. Minimum Qualification: B.E / B. Tech / MCA with MBA

  2. Minimum Experience: Minimum 2-5 years of overall experience with experience in IT system implementation project management.

Salary: Negotiable

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹35,000.00 per month
