THE ROLE:

️ Be the Voice of our products: Define and maintain a consistent brand tone that resonates with our diverse user base, making learning feel like a personal, engaging experience.
✍️ Craft Clear Content: Craft clear, concise, and user-friendly content for digital interfaces, including websites, mobile apps, user interfaces (UI), and interactive experiences.
User-Centric Writing: Put yourself in the shoes of our users to create copies that are intuitive and empathetic, ensuring every word enhances their journey and keeps them coming back for more.
Stand out and stand high - Develop and maintain content style guides, tone of voice guidelines, and UX writing best practices to ensure consistency and coherence across all digital touchpoints
Collaborate & Innovate: Work closely with designers, product managers, and developers to ensure that every piece of content fits seamlessly into the overall user experience and drives user engagement.
Feedback Loop: Participate in design sprints, brainstorming sessions, and user testing activities to iteratively refine content. Gather insights from user feedback and analytics to continuously refine and improve your copy, keeping it fresh, relevant, and impactful.
Conduct content audits and user research to identify opportunities for content optimization and improvement.

Experience : Experience of 2-5 yrs as a UX writer, content strategist, or similar role, in a digital product or tech company.
