Role Description This is a full-time on-site role in Gurugram for a passionate UX/UI Designer. You will be responsible for conceptualizing and executing design solutions that enhance user satisfaction and interactions across our digital platforms. Collaborating closely with our engineering and product teams, you will bring to life user-centric designs, ensuring seamless and innovative user experiences within the healthcare domain.


Responsibilities:

  • Conduct user research to understand user needs, behaviors, and emotions, translating insights into actionable design solutions optimized for AI and SaaS applications in radiology.
  • Design wireframes, mock-ups, and prototypes to visualize and test ideas, ensuring optimal user flow and functionality across various devices and platforms used by radiologists and healthcare professionals.
  • Reimagine the user interface to support our goal of 60-second reporting, creating a highly intuitive platform for radiologists.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and AI specialists to iterate and implement design solutions that seamlessly integrate AI technologies and meet healthcare product goals.
  • Maintain and evolve the company's design system, ensuring consistency and innovation across all digital touchpoints while considering scalability and modularity specific to medical imaging workflows.
  • Keep abreast of the latest UX/UI trends, techniques, and technologies, especially those relevant to AI and healthcare SaaS, integrating them into design strategies and solutions.
  • Elicit feedback from users and stakeholders, iterate upon it, and implement changes to continuously refine and personalize the user experience for healthcare professionals.


Requirements:

  • Holds a degree from a prestigious design institution such as the National Institute of Design (NID) or other globally recognized design schools, demonstrating a strong foundation in user-centered design principles and innovative thinking.
  • 4+ years of proven experience as a UX/UI Designer, ideally within the AI and healthcare sectors, showcasing web and mobile design projects.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and InVision, along with a good understanding of HTML and CSS principles.
  • Comprehensive understanding of user-centered design (UCD), planning and conducting user research, user testing, A/B testing, rapid prototyping, heuristic analysis, usability, and accessibility concerns.
  • Exceptional visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction and a knack for creating engaging, intuitive, and user-friendly interfaces for medical applications.
  • Strong communication skills to articulate and defend design decisions, coupled with the ability to collaborate effectively across interdisciplinary teams.
  • A keen eye for aesthetics and details, problem-solving skills, and a continuous drive for innovation and excellence in design.
