Job Summary:

We are looking for a talented and creative UI/UX Designer with at least 3 years of experience to join our design team. You will work closely with product managers, developers, business and other designers to create user-centric, visually appealing, and functional designs that enhance the user experience across our digital platform.


Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement intuitive and engaging user interfaces for web and mobile applications.

• Conduct competitive research & user research to translate insights into wireframes, prototypes, and UI designs.

• Create and maintain design systems, style guides, and pattern libraries.

• Perform user testing and incorporate feedback into iterative design improvements.

• Work on information architecture and interaction design to ensure a seamless user experience.

• Ensure the design aligns with accessibility standards and best practices.

• Stay updated on industry trends and the competitive landscape to inspire and inform designs.


Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.

• 3+ years of experience as a UI/UX Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing mobile design projects.

• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, or similar software.

• Strong knowledge of wireframing

• Solid understanding of user-centered design (UCD) principles and usability practices.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate design decisions to non-design stakeholders.

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
