
Human Resources Manager

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle from sourcing, screening, interviewing to offer roll-out & onboarding.
- Focused hiring for PCG Sales & Advisor (mid-level roles) across wealth & equity markets.
- Partner with business heads & hiring managers to understand manpower needs and design effective hiring plans.
- Source candidates via job portals, Recruiter, referrals, headhunting, and campus hiring.
- Draft job descriptions, screen resumes, conduct HR rounds, and schedule interviews with business teams.
- Drive salary negotiations, offer roll-outs, and smooth onboarding.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, dashboards, and MIS reporting for leadership review.
- Support talent mapping, succession planning, and pipeline building for critical positions.
- Handle mid & senior-level recruitment including PCG RM, PCG Desk Heads, PCG Advisors, , PCG Support role
- Actively engage in employer branding initiatives to attract quality talent.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- MBA / Graduate with 5-8 years of recruitment experience.
- Prior experience in PCG Sales, Wealth Hiring, Bank Sales Hiring, or Broking mid-level recruitment is mandatory.
- Strong domain knowledge of equity market hiring.
- Language proficiency: English, Kannada(Compulsory), Hindi (preferred).
- Hands-on experience in Recruiter, Naukri, and other hiring platforms.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management & negotiation skills.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and target-driven with ability to deliver under deadlines.
