TheHead of Learning Solutionswill lead the design, development, and implementation of integrated academic content that blendsvalues education, competency-based learning, and NEP 2020 complianceacross Samsidh and Azvasa schools. The role demands a visionary academic leader who combines deep pedagogical understanding with hands-on experience incontent development, teacher training, and educational technology integration through the LMSto ensure effective classroom delivery and learning outcomes.Key Responsibilities:1. Curriculum Design and Content Integration:Lead thedesign and enhancement of textbooks, lesson plans, and digital contentintegrating with 21st-century competencies (Critical Thinking, Collaboration, Communication, Creativity). Ensure alignment withNEP 2020, NCF 2022 , and CBSE learning outcomes. Develop frameworks forvalues-based learning outcomesembedded in each subject area. Work collaboratively with subject matter experts to ensure academic rigor and contextual relevance.2. Digital and LMS Integration:Oversee theimplementation of learning content through the Azvasa LMS , ensuring seamless digital delivery and teacher engagement. Collaborate with the technology team to enhance user experience, analytics dashboards, and data-driven interventions. Monitorlearning data and feedback loopsto drive continuous improvement in content and pedagogy. Champion the use of AI-based learning tools and digital assessments to personalize learning pathways.3. Teacher Enablement and Implementation:Design and conductTeacher UpSkill programsfor lesson delivery, assessment design, and integration of values in everyday teaching. Buildimplementation manuals and handbooksfor effective classroom practices. Ensure that teachers receive adequate support, coaching, and certification in using the LMS and instructional tools. Collaborate with Academic Managers and Cluster Heads to ensure consistent delivery standards across schools.4. Research, Innovation, and NEP Compliance:Lead research initiatives oncompetency-based assessment, experiential learning, and socio-emotional development. Ensure compliance withNEP 2020 recommendations —including flexible curriculum structures, foundational literacy and numeracy, and holistic development. Innovate in areas ofAI integration, reading programs, project-based learning, and reflective teaching practices.5. Leadership and Collaboration:Lead a multi-disciplinary team of content developers, instructional designers, and academic coordinators. Liaise withstrategic partnersto co-create enriched academic solutions. Provide leadership in developing long-term academic strategies aligned with the organization’s mission to make childrenfuture-ready with EI and AI .Qualifications and Experience:Postgraduate degreein Education / English / Science / Social Sciences / Educational Technology. Minimum 10–15 years of experiencein K–12 education, with at least: 5 years as ateacher , 3–5 years as acontent developer or curriculum designer , and 3–5 years in aleadership roleintegrating technology in learning. Strong understanding ofNEP 2020, NCF 2022, and CBSE frameworks. Hands-on experience withLMS platforms , data analytics, and teacher professional development. Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to lead cross-functional teams.Core Competencies Deep pedagogical insight withinnovative mindset . Strong understanding ofvalues and character education frameworks. Data-driven and technology-savvy with ability to interpret learning analytics.
