Job Description :


We are looking for a highly experienced SAP Fieldglass Consultant to support a live production environment.

This role focuses on ensuring the stability, reliability, and usability of the Fieldglass Contingent Workforce Management platform. The ideal candidate will possess strong troubleshooting capabilities, deep Fieldglass product knowledge, and excellent stakeholder management skills.


Key Responsibilities :

Incident Management :

- Monitor Fieldglass system for errors, performance issues, and potential disruptions.

- Quickly diagnose and resolve production incidents, including data inconsistencies, system crashes, and user access problems.

- Effectively prioritize and escalate critical issues to relevant teams when necessary.

- Monitoring and maintaining the stability of the SAP Fieldglass system in a live production environment, troubleshooting issues that arise, responding to user queries, and ensuring smooth operation of the contingent workforce management platform, requiring strong technical knowledge of Fieldglass functionalities, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders to resolve issues promptly.

User Support :

- Respond to user queries and provide technical assistance on Fieldglass functionalities, including requisition creation, worker profile management, and invoice processing.

- Train users on best practices and new features within the Fieldglass system.

Key Responsibilities :

Incident Management :

- Monitor system stability, performance, and errors in SAP Fieldglass.

- Troubleshoot and resolve production incidents, such as :

1. Data inconsistencies

2. Access issues

3. Requisition failures

4. System performance degradations

- Prioritize and escalate P1/P2 tickets as needed and coordinate with technical/functional teams for resolution.

User Support :

- Respond to and resolve end-user queries and service requests.

- Provide support for Fieldglass modules including :

1. Requisition creation

2. Worker profile management

3. Timesheet and invoice processing

- Conduct user training sessions on Fieldglass best practices and upcoming features.

Stakeholder Engagement :

- Collaborate with internal teams, client stakeholders, and SAP support for issue resolution.

- Provide timely updates to business stakeholders and ensure SLA compliance.

Desired Candidate Profile :

- Proven expertise in SAP Fieldglass configuration, support, and troubleshooting.

- Experience in monitoring production environments and responding to critical incidents.

- Familiarity with contingent workforce processes and integrations.
