Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in building B2C applications with a focus on user experience, scalability, and aligning product vision with business goals. Proficiency in creating documentation such as BRDs (Business Requirement Documents) and PRDs, as well as a strong understanding of Agile methodologies.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Strategy and Development:
- Develop and execute product strategies that align with the company's overall vision and goals.
- Conduct market research, analyse customer feedback, and market trends, and use data to inform product decisions.
- Define product requirements, create product roadmaps, and prioritize features based on customer needs and business goals.
- Prepare comprehensive documentation including BRDs and PRDs to guide the development process.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Category, Warehouse, Sales, and Marketing, to drive product development and delivery.
Performance Analysis and Optimization:
- Define and analyse key performance metrics to track product performance and inform product decisions.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost reductions.
- Implement lean principles and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Good analytical skills in breaking down problems for finding effective solutions.
- Familiarity with tools such as JIRA
Go-to-Market Strategy:
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to develop go-to-market strategies and ensure successful product launches.
- Engage with customers and stakeholders to gather feedback and iterate on product offerings.
Core Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of delivering successful products and features in a product company.
- Strong technical skills, with the ability to work closely with the Tech team to understand and solve technical challenges.
- Proven experience in preparing and managing BRDs and PRDs.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and product development best practices.
Additional Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and stakeholders.
- Experience working with AI and machine learning technologies is a plus.
- Passion for entrepreneurship and startup culture, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
