Role Overview Lead and scale the Home Appliances category at OppDoor, managing end-to-end brand lifecycle—from onboarding promising global brands to achieving sustained growth in international markets. This includes driving assortment expansion, optimizing underperforming SKUs, iterating based on market insights, and partnering with cross-functional teams to maximize brand performance. Key Responsibilities: 1. Act as the key partner for global Home Appliances brands seeking expansion across India, GCC, and SEA markets. 2. Build and manage an exclusive portfolio of 5–10 Home Appliance brands, ensuring strong brand alignment and growth potential. 3. Drive post-launch scaling by: ● Expanding SKU assortment using performance insights and customer demand trends. ● Optimizing assortment by phasing out underperforming SKUs and refining pricing and positioning strategies. ● Collaborating with brand partners to enhance packaging, content, and supply chain efficiency. ● Working cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and analytics teams to implement high-impact growth initiatives. 4. Strengthen eCommerce presence for partner brands and identify opportunities in relevant offline channels. 5. Ensure profitable and sustainable growth through effective margin management and focus on GMV contribution. Experience & Skills Required: 1) 8+ years of work experience, with 4+ in offline retail/eCommerce and at least 4+ years in the HA category preferred. 2) Deep understanding of HA specific consumer behavior, product assortment, manufacturing and supplier network 3) Expertise in marketplace/retail selling: category strategy, pricing, visibility, and marketing levers. 4) Demonstrated success in scaling assortment and lifecycle SKU management. 5) Proven record of cross-functional collaboration across brand, ops, tech, and analytics.
