HSE Manager – Bangalore

Agrupa Global Talent has been retained by a leading Oil and Gas Multinational Organization in the EPC sector to identify a highly experienced HSE Manager for their operations in Bangalore.

We are seeking professionals with 15–20 years of experience in Health, Safety & Environment (HSE), ideally from Oil & Gas, EPC, Petrochemicals, or Fertilizers industries.

Key Expertise Required

  • Formal HSE assessment methodologies including Quantitative Risk Assessment (QRA)
  • Coordination and close-out of HAZID, HAZOP, SIL, and other safety studies
  • Fire protection system design, hydraulic calculations, and preparation of P&IDs
  • Application of international standards and ALARP principles to safety-critical elements
  • Detailed design and implementation of HSE deliverables across projects

What this role involves

  • Leading HSE deliverables across all phases of project engineering and design
  • Ensuring compliance with project contracts, codes, regulations, and international safety standards
  • Overseeing implementation of independent verification schemes for safety-critical elements
  • Driving safety excellence to protect people, assets, and the environment in large-scale projects

Qualifications & Knowledge

  • Degree in Chemical Engineering from an accredited institution
  • Proficiency in tools such as PHAST, PHA Works, PHA Pro, FlareSIM
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
