HSE Manager
for their operations in
Bangalore
.
We are seeking professionals with
15–20 years of experience
in Health, Safety & Environment (HSE), ideally from O
il & Gas, EPC, Petrochemicals, or Fertilizers industries
.
Key Expertise Required
- Formal HSE assessment methodologies including Quantitative Risk Assessment (QRA)
- Coordination and close-out of HAZID, HAZOP, SIL, and other safety studies
- Fire protection system design, hydraulic calculations, and preparation of P&IDs
- Application of international standards and ALARP principles to safety-critical elements
- Detailed design and implementation of HSE deliverables across projects
What this role involves
- Leading HSE deliverables across all phases of project engineering and design
- Ensuring compliance with project contracts, codes, regulations, and international safety standards
- Overseeing implementation of independent verification schemes for safety-critical elements
- Driving safety excellence to protect people, assets, and the environment in large-scale projects
Qualifications & Knowledge
- Degree in Chemical Engineering from an accredited institution
- Proficiency in tools such as PHAST, PHA Works, PHA Pro, FlareSIM
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
