We’re looking for a Customer Support Executive who’s passionate about helping customers, solving problems, and being the friendly voice of our brand.Role Overview:As a Customer Support Executive, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers—providing exceptional service, handling queries, resolving issues, and ensuring a smooth post-purchase experience.Key Responsibilities:Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone. Handle product-related questions, order tracking, and after-sales support. Coordinate with the operations and logistics team to resolve delivery or product issues. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions. Collect feedback and share insights with the team to improve service quality. Ensure customer satisfaction and contribute to building strong, long-term relationships.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. 0–2 years of experience in customer service (Freshers with great communication skills are welcome). Excellent written and verbal communication in English & Hindi. Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities. Empathetic, patient, and positive attitude.
