Position : Back Office Executive

Job Location : Navrangpura (Ahmedabad)

Job Profile :

  • Handle day-to-day back-office operations including data entry, documentation, and record keeping.
  • Prepare MIS reports, maintain databases, and support management in operational tasks.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Accounts, HR, etc.) for smooth workflow.
  • Manage correspondence through emails/phone and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Assist in preparing quotations, invoices, and basic financial documentation.
  • Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in handling company information.

Desired Profile:

  • Graduate in Commerce/Business Administration or equivalent.
  • 1–3 years of experience in back-office, administration, or data management.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Good communication skills (written & verbal) in English
  • Should have good analytical skills.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational ability, and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
