Implementation Project Manager

Requirements:

  • 8-10 years of project management experience, with a proven track record of leading complex, multi-faceted projects from initiation to completion
  • Experience in logistics, supply chain, transportation, distribution or related fields will be a strong plus.
  • Expert knowledge of project management methodologies, tools and best practices (Agile, Waterfall, etc.)
  • Strong ability to manage simultaneous projects, prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
  • Excellent problem-solving, decision-making and analytical skills
  • Ability to build trusting relationships with stakeholders at all levels
  • Superb leadership, communication (written/verbal) and presentation skills
  • Proficient with project management tools (in JIRA, DevRev, etc.)
  • PMP certification is a strong plus
  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, engineering or related field

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead full lifecycle of complex logistics/supply chain projects from planning through execution and closure
  • Define project scope, goals and deliverables and ensure alignment across stakeholders
  • Develop, manage and communicate detailed project plans, schedules, risk mitigation and resource plans
  • Effectively manage project budget, forecast costs and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery
  • Coordinate cross-functional project teams and third-party vendors/suppliers
  • Identify and resolve issues and blockers through decisive decision-making
  • Implement effective project management methodologies and tracking mechanisms
  • Conduct regular project status meetings and provide clear reporting/communication
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards and drive towards continuous process improvement
  • Mentor and provide guidance to junior project managers on best practices
