Cogoport is looking for a dynamic Project Implementation Engineer who would own Implementation of contracts and transactions, from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards while adhering to SLA’s
Responsibilities 

  • 1. Lead and manage the end-to-end implementation of contract logistics projects, ensuring alignment with client requirements, company objectives, and industry best practices. 

  • 2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, sales, procurement, and IT, to develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocations.   

  • 3. Implementation of contracts and transactions, from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards. 

  • Service Level Agreement (SLA) Mapping & Compliance (100% complaince in case of initial shipments 

  • 4. Establish clear project milestones, deliverables, and success criteria, and monitor progress against these benchmarks throughout the project lifecycle.  

  • 5. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during project implementation, providing regular updates, addressing concerns, and managing expectations effectively.  

  • 6. Coordinate with external vendors, subcontractors, and partners as needed to support project execution and ensure seamless integration of logistics solutions.   

  • 7. Implement robust project management methodologies and tools to track project performance, identify areas for improvement, and drive continuous process enhancements. 


Skills and Qualifications 
 

  • 1. Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred. 

  • 2. Proven experience 5-6 years in project management within the contract logistics industry, with in-depth knowledge of logistics operations, warehousing, transportation, and distribution processes, coupled with a solid understanding of contract management principles and practices. 

  • 3. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal teams, external stakeholders, and clients at all levels. 

  • 4. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with a keen attention to detail and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
