Designation - Regional Corporate Key account ManagerLocation- Mumbai, BangaloreGeography to cover - Respective Zone(West Zone and South Zone)Role & responsibilitiesStrategic Account Management:Develop and execute strategies to retain and grow key corporate accountsAnalyze market trends and identify opportunities for business expansion within existing accountsClient Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key corporate clientsUnderstand clients' business needs and objectives to provide tailored solutionsServe as the main point of contact for escalated client issues and ensure prompt and effective resolutionRevenue Generation:Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targetsIdentify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities within key accountsTeam Management:Provide guidance and support in account planning, negotiations, and issue resolutionFoster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the teamContract Negotiation and Renewal:Lead contract negotiations and ensure mutually beneficial agreementsCollaborate with legal and finance teams to finalize contractual agreementsFacilitate contract renewals and manage the overall contract lifecycleMarket Analysis:Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditionsUse market insights to inform strategic decisions and enhance offeringsCollaboration:Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, product development, and customer supportEnsure seamless communication and coordination between departmentsPreferred candidate profileExperience in Corporate Key Account BusinessStrong strategic thinking and analytical skillsExcellent communication, collaboration, relationship building and interpersonal skillsExcellent negotiation, financial and business acumen skillsProven track record of dealing and maintaining relationships with CBUsResults-driven with a focus on achieving and exceeding revenue targetsAbility to navigate complex corporate landscapes and maintain a customer centric focus
