Job Summary :


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Backend Developer with strong proficiency in Node.js and Spring Boot to join our growing development team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in building scalable, high-performance backend systems, a deep understanding of modern web technologies, and proven experience in working with distributed systems and cloud-native environments. Prior exposure to the banking or fintech domain is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities :


- Design, develop, test, and deploy robust backend services using NodeJS and Spring Boot.

- Build and maintain RESTful APIs and Graph QL endpoints ensuring scalability, security, and high availability.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.

- Apply performance tuning, debugging, and monitoring techniques to ensure optimal application health and speed.

- Participate in code reviews, ensuring adherence to best practices in code quality, security, and performance.

- Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines, automating deployment processes and reducing manual overhead.

- Integrate with third-party services and API gateways like 3Scale and ensure secure API traffic management.

- Design and implement authentication and authorization mechanisms, including JWT, OAuth, and SSO.

- Work with containerization tools such as Docker and orchestration platforms like Kubernetes for efficient environment management.

- Handle task and message queues using technologies like Kafka, AWS SQS/SNS, Azure Service Bus, or Pushpin.

- Continuously research and evaluate new technologies and frameworks to improve system architecture and developer productivity.

- Ensure high-quality documentation and support the creation of knowledge base articles and technical SOPs.

- Actively participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning, estimation, and Experience & Skills :


Backend Development :

- 5+ years of hands-on experience in NodeJS backend development.

- 2+ years of strong experience in Spring & Frameworks :

- Strong proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript.

- Experience developing and consuming REST APIs and Graph QL & DevOps :

- Experience working in cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.

- Proficiency with CI/CD tools and version control systems (Git, Jenkins, GitLab CI, etc.).

- Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and container lifecycle management.
