Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced Presales Manager with a strong background in end-to-end bid management , multi-domain expertise , and large-scale project execution . The ideal candidate should have proven experience in liaising with Indian government departments and public sector enterprises , managing the entire proposal lifecycle, and driving business growth through strategic presales initiatives.Key Responsibilities:Bid Management & Proposal Development:Lead end-to-end bid management for large-scale government and private sector projects.Analyze RFPs, RFIs, and tenders , ensuring compliance with requirements and evaluating feasibility.Develop winning proposals by collaborating with cross-functional teams, including sales, technical, legal, and finance.Define proposal strategy , differentiators, and value propositions to enhance bid success rate.Manage bid timelines, documentation, and submission processes to ensure timely delivery.Government Liaison & Stakeholder Engagement:Build and maintain strong relationships with Indian government agencies, PSUs, and regulatory bodies .Understand government policies, procurement guidelines, and compliance frameworks to align proposals accordingly.Represent the organization in meetings, discussions, and negotiations with government officials and decision-makers.Track government projects, funding opportunities, and upcoming tenders to identify potential business prospects.Presales & Business Development:Work closely with sales teams to drive presales efforts, understanding client needs and tailoring solutions.Conduct market research and competitor analysis to position the company effectively.Develop presentations, demonstrations, and proof-of-concepts (PoCs) to showcase solutions to clients.Provide inputs for pricing strategies and contract negotiations.Multi-Domain & Large-Scale Project Expertise:Work across various industries such as IT, infrastructure, healthcare, BFSI, energy, or defense.Manage and oversee complex, high-value projects involving multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams .Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and industry best practices.Key Skills & Competencies:Bid Management & Proposal WritingGovernment Liaison & Regulatory ComplianceTender Documentation & Procurement Process KnowledgeStrategic Planning & Business DevelopmentStakeholder & Relationship ManagementCross-Industry & Multi-Domain ExperienceStrong Communication & Negotiation SkillsProject & Team ManagementQualifications & Experience:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, IT, or related fields .8+ years of experience in presales, bid management, or government sales .Proven track record in winning government tenders and handling large-scale projects .Experience in working with e-procurement platforms and government tendering portals.Familiarity with contractual terms, legal frameworks, and compliance requirements .
