It is backed by theprinciples of simplicity, transparency, and giving back control to the user.Manager: Enterprise Banking BusinessLocation: Mumbai - Work From OfficeOpportunity:Job Summary: We are hiring a Banking Business Partnerships Manager who canamplify the growth of our enterprise banking business while working in tandemwith internal as well as external stakeholdersExperience : 5 - 8 yearsJob DescriptionManage the existing relationships at bank partners and explore program Enhancementopportunities for our existing bank partners. This will include teams such as digital banking,cards business and product team, card operations,technology, credit risk, credit policy,compliance, technology and IT amongst others.Ensure higher level of engagements with the Partner bank business leaders atall levels to build stronger and deeper relationships and drive business goalsResponsible for handling end-to-end activities related to credit card programmanagement pertaining to partner banksResponsible for understanding, maintaining and developing business metricsto measure ROI from the program and partnershipsResponsible for analysing, improving and implementing new and existingprocesses with external and internal stakeholdersMonitor the key metrics for a Bank’s OneCard portfolio such asissuance, spends, ENR, revenue, delinquency, etc.Manage day-to-day partner communication and ongoing relationshipsas it relatesto current, new and upcoming projectsDevelop a thorough understanding of consumption credit industry, partner banksand competitive landscapeSkills and Qualifications:MBA with 6+ years of experience in account management or selling bothsecured and unsecured asset productsPrior Experience in managing Banks will be an added advantageA deep thinker, who takes end to end ownership and can thrive working in anindependent environmentDeep understanding of banking products such as Credit Cards,Personalloans, Home Loans, etcStrong people/stakeholder management: This role requires deep linkagesthroughout the organisation and partner ecosystem. Must have the ability to plan,negotiate, and build a long-lasting relationship with key partnersExperience in deal closing, executing partnerships, and cultivating thesepartnerships to ensure higher return on assetSolution-driven and ability to manage multiple tasks by prioritising.Self-starter a high degree of motivation to go above and beyond the taskat hand.Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills, most of thediscussions would involve CXO & senior management level brass.Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, & WordFPL Technologies is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
