Role Overview

We are seeking to onboard a dynamic and results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to oversee our recruitment efforts and enhance our talent acquisition strategy. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of recruitment best practices, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for building a diverse and inclusive workforce. The candidate is expected to have a minimum of 2-3 years specialising in Talent Acquistion. The role will provide the opportunity to build a team for developing world class talent pool for a deep tech OEM and participate in our efforts to build a high performance culture (think of Nvidia, Apple, Google, Tesla etc)


Role Description and Key Responsibilities

The role involves tasks including but not limited to -

  • Driving the full spectrum of recruiting and selection activities
  • Creating and implementing talent acquisition strategies for leadership, mid-career and graduate hiring
  • Designing and driving the adoption of consistent recruiting, interviewing and hiring practices that support a strong candidate experience
  • Partnering with leaders within the organisation to track the ongoing hiring needs of their business
  • Identify and engage with potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events to attract top talent.


Desired Qualifications and Experience

  • 2-3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment
  • Certification in HR or Talent Acquisition is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

  • Data-driven decision-making skills, with the ability to analyse recruitment metrics and optimise recruitment processes.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
