This is a hands-on role where your feel for the interaction between a system and its environment will be invaluable to every one of your clients.There are two halves to this role: First, contributing to current projects where you analyze problems and tech issues, offer solutions, and test, modify, automate, and integrate systems. And second, long-range strategic planning of IT infrastructure and operational execution. This role isn't specific to any one platform, so you'll need a good feel for all of them. And because of this, you'll experience variety and growth at Kyndryl that you won't find anywhere else.You'll be involved early to offer solutions, help decide whether something can be done, and identify the technical and timeline risks up front. This means dealing with both client expectations and internal challenges - in other words, there are plenty of opportunities to make a difference, and a lot of people will witness your contributions. Required Skills & Experience: Graduate degree in Computer Science, Electronics, or related field.7-10 years of IT industry experience, with at least3+ years in Change/Service Management roles.Strong knowledge ofITIL-based Change Management(mandatory).Experience inleading CAB meetingsand managing enterprise-scale changes.Solid understanding ofinfrastructure technologies(Servers, Networks, Cloud, Security, Applications).ProficiencyinMS Office toolsfor reporting and dashboards.Familiarity withITSM tools (ServiceNow, Remedy, JIRA, etc.).Key Responsibilities: Own and manage theChange Management processacross the IT organization.Ensure all changes arerecorded, assessed, authorized, prioritized, planned, tested, implemented, and reviewedin a controlled manner.Build andmaintaintheConsolidated Change Schedule(Forward Schedule of Change).Facilitate and leadCAB/ECAB (Change Advisory Board/Emergency CAB)meetings.Identify, escalate, and resolveconflicts in the change schedulewith stakeholders.Act aspoint of escalationfor schedule slips and risks to change timelines.Ensure allcritical and major changeshave documented business and technical assessments.Reviewfailed and cancelled changes,identifyingroot causes and raising problems where needed.Monitor thatchangerecords are completed withaccuratedetails, including risk, impact, backout plan, and testing evidence.Ensure incidents occurring during change implementation are documented and linked.Publishchange management dashboards, KPIs, and compliance reportsas per defined timelines.Communicatepervasive or high-impact changesto stakeholders and management proactively.Driveprocess improvementsand compliance to governance requirements.Provideguidance, training, and educationto change stakeholders asrequired.Preferred Certifications: ITIL Foundation / Intermediate (Change Management module preferred).PMP / COBITcertification (advantageous).Technical certifications (MCSE / CCNA / AWS / Azure) preferred for background knowledge.Soft Skills: Strong leadership, facilitation, and negotiation skills.Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.Analytical and detail-oriented, with focus onrisk and impact assessment.Ability to work under pressure in fast-paced environments.Process-driven mindset with focus oncontinual service improvement.Being You Diversity is a whole lot more than what we look like or where we come from, it's how we think and who we are.
