About GetOnCRM Solutions Inc :GetOnCRM Solutions Inc, a proud Salesforce Ridge Consulting Partner, is a global consulting firm specializing in Salesforce ecosystem solutions.We deliver impactful digital transformations for enterprises worldwide by combining deep technical expertise with business understanding.Role Overview :We are seeking a Lead Salesforce CPQ/Revenue Cloud Developer to drive the design, development, and implementation of complex Salesforce CPQ and Billing solutions.This role requires a technically strong, hands-on professional who can architect scalable solutions, lead technical teams, and collaborate closely with global enterprise clients.Key Responsibilities :- Lead Salesforce CPQ and Billing/Revenue Cloud implementations end-to-end.- Design and develop custom solutions using Apex, LWC, Triggers, and APIs.- Manage integration of Salesforce CPQ with third-party systems and internal tools.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define business requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.- Provide technical guidance, code reviews, and mentorship to junior developers.- Ensure best practices in configuration, testing, and deployment within the Salesforce ecosystem.Required Skills & Qualifications :- 6+ years of total Salesforce development experience, with 3+ years in Salesforce CPQ/Billing (Revenue Cloud).- Proven hands-on expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), API Integrations, and Salesforce configuration.- Strong understanding of CPQ data model, pricing rules, product configuration, and billing automation.- Salesforce CPQ Specialist and Platform Developer II certifications (mandatory).- Experience leading development teams and managing enterprise-scale implementations.- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Why Join Us :- Work on global enterprise projects with top-tier clients.- Opportunity to lead and innovate within the Salesforce ecosystem.- A collaborative, growth-driven culture where your expertise truly makes an impact.
