Job Summary:

We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to support VMware solutions. This role will focus on lead qualification, pipeline building, and closing SMB to mid-market deals in collaboration with field sales teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate qualified leads and build a strong sales pipeline for VMware solutions.
  • Engage with prospects and customers via phone, email, and web meetings.
  • Understand and promote VMware's portfolio: vSphere, vSAN, NSX, Horizon, and Tanzu.
  • Collaborate with Channel Partners and Distributors to drive business.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets (monthly, quarterly).
  • Maintain CRM (Salesforce or similar) with accurate data and follow-up actions.

Key Skills and Requirements:

  • 3-6 years of B2B Inside Sales experience in IT products or services (preferably virtualization, cloud, or security solutions).
  • Prior experience in handling VMware product sales or licensing is preferred.
  • Strong communication, persuasion, and presentation skills.
  • Familiarity with channel partner sales models (Dell, Ingram, Redington, etc.).
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
  • A bachelor's degree in business or IT is preferred.
