Description: Assistant Manager TA.Location: Sector 58 Gurugram.Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and skilled Assistant Manager Talent Acquisition to join our HR team.This role will focus on sourcing, recruiting, and onboarding top talent across various functions.The ideal candidate will have a passion for recruitment, an eye for talent, and a proactive approach to managing the hiring process.Job Responsibilities:- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.- Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and job specifications.- Source candidates using a variety of methods, including job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist candidates for further evaluation.- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and provide feedback to candidates promptly.- Develop and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.- Negotiate offers and ensure timely closure of positions.- Monitor and report recruitment metrics to track the effectiveness of hiring processes.- Stay updated on industry trends and innovative recruitment strategies.Qualifications and Skills: Bachelors/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.- 3-6 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced environment.- Strong understanding of various sourcing techniques and tools.- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.- Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.- Proficient in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software (ref:iimjobs.com)
