AAFT Online is a world-class Ed-Tech platform topromote, share and collaborate with creative people. It’s a common platform for learners andfacilitators of creative talent.● Established in the year 2021.● Industry: Ed-Tech.● Offers Diploma courses.● Programs -Nutrition,Jewellery,Interior Designing, Fashion Designing, Hospital Management,Music, Animation & Event Management.● Average Ticket Size of the Program: 1.1 Lakhs.Key Responsibilities:We are looking to hire passionate Inside Sales professionals for our Sales team. The role involves highvolume calling coupled with attractive monthly incentivesYour primary job responsibility will include (and not be limited to):➔ Driving inquiries and admissions for the various short-term/long-term learning programs beingoffered.➔ Managing the entire sales cycle: starting from engaging with the large volume of well-qualifiedleads still the final conversions, ie, enrollment in the program.➔ Counseling students via call/email on which program would be useful for their careerprogression and suggest the best options.➔ Updating the CRM regularly.Desired Qualifications:● Bachelor's degree required.● 1-5 years of sales experience is preferred.● Must be goal-oriented and self-motivated.● Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, is essential.● Strong communication and interpersonal skills are a must.
