We are looking for passionate and driven Learning Consultants to join our B2C Sales Team at our Gurugram office. Key Responsibilities Drive admissions for multiple short-term and long-term creative learning programs. Handle the complete sales cyclefrom engaging with a large volume of qualified leads to converting them into enrollments. Counsel prospective learners via call and email to help them choose the right program based on their career goals. Maintain and update CRM data regularly and accurately. Achieve monthly targets with high ownership and performance-driven mindset. Requirements Bachelor's degree (mandatory). 15 years of sales experience preferred. Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and target-driven. Excellent communication & interpersonal skills. Good command over MS Office (especially Excel).
