Job Description:

- Managing the hiring process for new employees, including recruitment, selection, and onboarding.

- Handling employee relations issues, resolving conflicts, and addressing grievances.

- Ensuring compliance with labor laws, company policies, and safety regulations.

- Administering compensation, benefits, and payroll for plant staff.

- Developing and implementing training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.

- Managing employee performance, conducting appraisals, and providing feedback.

- Collaborating with plant leadership on workforce planning and organizational development.

- Driving employee engagement and retention initiatives to foster a positive work environment.

- Maintaining accurate HR records and documentation.

- Coordinating health, safety, and wellness programs for plant employees.

- Communicating HR policies and procedures to employees and managers.

- Participating in the annual planning process by reviewing plant goals and establishing department staffing and financial budgets.

- Managing relationships with labor unions and overseeing industrial relations activities.

- Industrial Relations Management: Manage relationships with trade unions, employee representatives, and other stakeholders.

- Labor Law Compliance: Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.

- Dispute Resolution: Handle employee grievances, disputes, and negotiations with unions. 4. Policy Development: Develop and implement IR policies and procedures.

- Employee Communication: Foster positive employee relations and communicate company policies effectively.

- Negotiations and Agreements: Negotiate collective bargaining agreements and settlements.

- Investigations and Disciplinary Actions: Conduct investigations and implement disciplinary actions.
