Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Regional Sales Manager located in Mumbai. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for managing a sales team, developing and implementing sales strategies, building and maintaining relationships with key clients, conducting market research, and achieving sales targets. The Regional Sales Manager will also analyze sales data, provide sales forecasts, and collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and business growth.
Qualifications
- Sales management and team leadership skills
- Experience in developing and implementing sales strategies
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Worked with Architects
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
- Self-motivated and results-oriented
- Knowledge of the bathroom and kitchen fittings industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
