E-Learning Developer (Adobe Captivate) – Health |Full Time | Chennai | INR 25,000–30,000/monthOrganisation: NexSphere Edu LabsLocation: Chennai (On-site / Hybrid)Experience: 1–2 YearsCommitment: Full-TimeAbout NexSphere Edu LabsNexSphere Edu Labs is a Digital Centre of Excellence in Global Health & Sustainability, partnering with universities and industries across Australia, India, and Southeast Asia.Our work aligns with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) — particularly SDG 4 (Quality Education), SDG 8 (Decent Work & Economic Growth), and SDG 9 (Industry, Innovation & Infrastructure) — empowering learners through Humanity, Innovation, and Impact.Role OverviewWe are looking for a passionate E-Learning Developer (Adobe Captivate) to join our digital learning and innovation team in Chennai.This role involves developing interactive, high-quality eLearning modules that bring complex concepts to life for global academic and industry learners.Key Responsibilities- Design and develop SCORM/xAPI-compliant interactive learning modules using Adobe Captivate. - Collaborate with academic and design teams to convert raw content into engaging learning experiences. - Integrate multimedia elements (audio, video, animations, and graphics) aligned with learning outcomes. - Test and optimize modules for accessibility, responsiveness, and performance on NexSphere’s LMS. - Maintain consistency with NexSphere’s global learning design and sustainability standards.Ideal Profile- 1–2 years of experience as an eLearning developer or instructional designer. - Strong command of Adobe Captivate; familiarity with Articulate, Storyline, or Rise is a plus. - Knowledge of instructional design principles, SCORM/xAPI formats, and LMS workflows. - Excellent visual design sense and attention to detail. - Based in Chennai, with ability to work on-site or hybrid.Compensation & GrowthINR 25,000 – 30,000 per month, depending on experience and skillset.Opportunity to grow within NexSphere’s Digital Learning and Creative Innovation Division.Exposure to international academic collaborations and WHO-aligned projects.How to ApplySend your CV and sample eLearning works (or demo links) to ceo@gonexsphere.comwith the subject line “E-Learning Developer – Chennai”.Design.
