Role Overview

We are looking for energetic freshers and entry-level graduates who want to build a career in sales, business development, and international client acquisition. This role will focus on reaching out to US-based prospects, engaging decision-makers, and supporting our revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with US clients through calls, emails, and outreach.
  • Generate, qualify, and follow up on leads to build a sales pipeline.
  • Schedule product demos and hand off qualified leads to senior account executives.
  • Learn and implement best practices in inside sales and international sales processes.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records of interactions, leads, and opportunities.
  • Work closely with the growth team to achieve weekly and monthly targets.
What We’re Looking For
  • Fresh graduates (any discipline) with strong communication skills.
  • High energy, confidence, and willingness to talk to international clients (primarily the US).
  • Ability to work night shifts (India time) to align with US business hours.
  • Eagerness to learn sales tools (CRM, email automation, dialers, Sales Navigator).
  • Strong persuasion and problem-solving mindset.
