KEY FUNCTIONS / RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Research market trends, develop partnerships with key international partners and Identify new global markets for strategic business opportunities

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in international market

- Develop a detailed international business plan to enhance recruitment business and assist in its implementation

- Seek out and source new clients by developing networks and independently identifying and developing relevant resources for sales and business development.

- Manage proposal requests and ensure proper and timely delivery.

- Form and share data-driven insights with key business partners

- Identify contact, and develop viable business accounts in order to create new business revenue.

- Penetrate client accounts by leveraging internal relationships in an effort to get additional business and grow the accounts.

- Partner with internal stakeholders at IFANglobal to ensure successful delivery

- Provide updates on emerging business trends and best industry practices to refine the business model.

- Monitor and analyse market trends, client feedback, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business growth and improvement

- Represent the company at Worldwide industry events, including round tables, exhibitions etc.

- Work closely with Stakeholders for executions and timely completion of Projects

- Prospecting of new customers across the globe through existing leads and maximizing the lead generation process by way of e-meetings and in-person meetings

- Develop financial justifications, prepare proposals, make presentations and perform necessary followup for successful onboarding the business

- Work closely with existing business Partners across the globe for maximum business output

- Conduct research as well as new Country/Competitor analysis to define strategies for favourable outcomes

- Responsible for positioning IFAN services in the Global Market

- In agreement with the top management, create and implement sales plans to grow income in target user market and geographic sectors globally

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

- We are open to consider candidates from any experience and background; however, the candidate must fulfill the below criteria:

Education: MBA from reputed University/College is mandatory

Location: Gurgaon

Salary: Open to 3-5 years of Sales/Marketing/Business Development experience

- Expertise in recruitment for understanding client requirements and tailoring IFAN's services to meet their needs

- Strategic thinking with excellent communication and negotiation skills to foster strong relationships and achieve revenue targets

- Preferred industry: Recruitment Industry/ Healthcare Tourism / International Healthcare / Hospitality/ Aviation

- Should have worked in areas of healthcare recruitment, and should be from the recruitment/staffing/RPO functional area.

- Should have owned recruitment/ staffing as a business centre and held highly responsible and accountable for PL, business objectives, and targets.

- Excellent leadership and management skills - Desirable

- Demonstrable influencing skills - Desirable

- Able to work effectively, individually and responsibly without close supervision - Essential

- Extensive travelling required across the Globe

- Expert in BD using LinkedIn (Sales Navigator)

- Expert in communicating with international clients from various Continents
