Role : Senior Associate- Workers CompensationJob Location: Allianz Services, Kharadi, PuneMode of work: WFOExperience : 2 to 6 yearsShift: Night Shift, 5.30/6.30 pm + 9 hoursSkills: Workers' compensation, General Insurance, Graduate , Excellent Communication skillsQualifications:- Strong understanding of workers' compensation insurance policies and classification codes. - Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in premium auditing, specifically in workers' compensation. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and audit software. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred.Key Responsibilities:- Conduct comprehensive audits of policyholders' financial records to verify payroll and classification codes for workers' compensation policies. - Analyze data and documentation to ensure compliance with state regulations and company guidelines. - Prepare detailed audit reports and communicate findings to policyholders and internal stakeholders. - Collaborate with underwriting and claims departments to resolve discrepancies and ensure accurate premium calculations. - Provide guidance and support to policyholders regarding audit procedures and requirements. - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards, regulations, and best practices related to workers' compensation premium audits. - Participate in training sessions and contribute to process improvement initiatives.Disclaimer: At Allianz, we believe in a diverse and inclusive workplace and in giving fair and equitable opportunities to all our employees, so everyone can succeed.
