Role: Senior Associate- Underwriting SupportJob Location: Allianz Services, Kharadi, PuneMode of work: WFOExperience: 2 to 6 yearsShift: Night Shift, 5.30/6.30 pm + 9 hoursSkills: General Insurance, Underwriting , Graduate , Excellent Communication skillsQualifications:- Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in underwriting support - Familiarity with general insurance policies and underwriting guidelines. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently. - Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and compliance - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Insurance, or related field preferred.Key Responsibilities:- Support the underwriting team in the review and processing of workers' compensation insurance applications. - Gather and analyze data from various sources to assist in risk assessment and premium calculation. - Ensure all documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant with company policies and state regulations. - Communicate effectively with agents, brokers, and policyholders to obtain necessary information and clarify underwriting requirements. - Assist in the preparation of quotes, endorsements, and policy renewals. - Maintain accurate records and update internal systems with relevant underwriting information. - Collaborate with other departments, such as claims and customer service, to resolve issues and improve processes. - Stay informed of industry trends and regulatory changes impacting workers' compensation underwritingDisclaimer: At Allianz, we believe in a diverse and inclusive workplace and in giving fair and equitable opportunities to all our employees, so everyone can succeed.
