We specialize in supporting the mortgage finance industry, providing top-tier Hard Money Loan Processing and Underwriting services to leading U.S.-based clients recognized for excellence in real estate lending, capital markets, and securitization.Role: Senior Analyst – US Mortgage UnderwritingKey Responsibilities:- Analyze deal-related documentation, due diligence, and third-party reports to assess risk and underwriting decisions. - Manage the end-to-end deal process proactively, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timely completion. - Understand sizer templates and underwriting guidelines; prepare and maintain financial models for commercial real estate assets. - Review property appraisals, inspection reports, insurance, title documents, and other data for risk evaluation. - Underwrite rehabilitation, construction budgets, and various loan types, including Fix & Flip, Bridge, New Construction, Multifamily, and DSCR Rental loans. - Communicate daily progress, outstanding items, and next steps to the deal team efficiently. - Act as a technical coach, support team development, and continuously upgrade technical knowledge. - Interface with multiple departments to obtain information, present proposals, and ensure compliance with company policies. - Verify market comparable, conduct trend analysis, and review third-party reports to support loan decisions.Required Skills & Experience:- 3–6+ years in U.S. mortgage origination and underwriting (Residential or Commercial). - Strong knowledge of credit analysis (Income, Assets, Liabilities – 3Cs of Underwriting). - Expertise in Fix & Flip, Bridge, New Construction, Multifamily Bridge, and DSCR Rental loans. - Proven ability to review appraisals, tax certificates, insurance, and project documentation. - Proficiency in databases like CoStar, LoopNet, REIS, NIC MAP, RCA, Axiometrics, and MS Office. - Strong analytical, decision-making, and communication skills; flexible, detail-oriented, and a collaborative team player. - Knowledge of financial analysis for commercial lending (FMAC, FNMA, Life Company, bridge lending).How to ApplySend your resume to hr@myfinser.comSubject line: Application – Senior Analyst – US Mortgage Underwriting (Joining Time / CTC)Location: Hi-Tech City, HyderabadShift: USA Shift (6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST / 9 AM – 6 PM EST)Salary: Best in Industry
