About the jobBusiness Development Executive (US Region)Experience: Minimum 2 years.Location: Pune (Work from Office – 5 Days Mandatory)About the Role:We are looking for a results-driven and dynamic Business Development Executive to handle inbound sales and accelerate growth across the US region. This is a full-time, office-based position located in Pune, and candidates must be available to work onsite 5 days a week.Key Responsibilities:Inbound Sales Management:Respond to inbound sales inquiries via phone, email, chat, and other communication channels.Qualify and assess leads from US markets based on their business needs and alignment with our solutions.Conduct product consultations and deliver engaging demos.Nurture leads through the sales pipeline and maintain strong follow-ups.Convert leads into sales opportunities and close deals effectively.End-to-End Sales Cycle:Manage the entire sales process from lead qualification to closure.Draft and present tailored proposals and solutions to clients across the US region.Work closely with internal teams (marketing, customer success, operations) to ensure client satisfaction.Achieve and exceed defined sales targets and KPIs.Market Strategy & Intelligence:Stay current on US market trends, industry developments, and competitive landscape.Collaborate with the regional marketing team to refine sales approaches.Share customer insights and market trends with internal teams for continuous improvement.CRM & Reporting:Accurately maintain and update all lead and deal information in CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent).Prepare regular reports on pipeline status, sales activities, and conversion metrics.Use analytics to optimize sales performance and identify areas for improvement.Qualifications:MBA/PGDBM (Mandatory)BE/BTech or equivalent technical background.Experience:0 - 2 years of experience in B2B sales.Hands-on experience with international markets, especially within US.Proven ability to manage leads and close deals in a consultative sales environment.Skills:Excellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong interpersonal and negotiation skillsProficient in CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and MS Office SuiteAbility to manage multiple leads and prioritize effectivelySelf-driven, result-oriented, and proactivePrior experience in SaaS, technology, or market research sales is preferredKnowledge of languages spoken in the Region.Work Environment:Location: Pune (Only candidates currently based in Pune will be considered)Work Mode: Work from Office (5 Days a Week – Mandatory)Why Join Us?High-impact role with exposure to US regional markets.Be a part of a rapidly growing international sales team.Transparent performance-based growth path.Supportive work culture and collaborative environment.Attractive compensation and incentive structure.
