Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Career Counselor based in Pune and Mumbai. The Career Counselor will be responsible for providing individual and group career counseling, assisting with career development and career management plans, conducting student counseling sessions, and developing and implementing career programs and workshops. The role also involves maintaining up-to-date knowledge of labor market trends and career opportunities to guide students and clients effectively. Your primary role will be to mentor the USA and German education systems.
Qualifications: Minimum 2 years of Career Counseling experience
- Should have handled USA admissions with an understanding of the US education system
- Experience in Career Counseling, Career Development, and Career Management
- Skills in Student Counseling
- Strong Communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work with diverse populations
- Ability to conduct and interpret career assessments
- Experience in the education or EdTech sector is a plus
