About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Trainer to join our team and drive sales performance through effective training and coaching of our counselor team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver structured training programs for counselors handling JEE/NEET aspirants, focusing on product knowledge, communication skills, objection handling, and sales closures.
- Conduct regular training sessions (onboarding & refresher) to enhance conversion effectiveness and ensure counselors deliver consistent and impactful engagement with students and parents.
- Monitor counselor performance, identify skill gaps, and offer personalized coaching sessions to improve productivity and lead handling efficiency.
- Collaborate with Sales and Product teams to update training materials based on feedback, new offerings, or market trends.
- Use mock sessions, role plays, and live call audits to ensure real-time skill improvement.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in training academic counselors or sales representatives (preferably in EdTech or test prep industry).
- Deep understanding of JEE/NEET exam ecosystems and student-parent behavior.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and coaching abilities.
- Experience working with CRM tools, call audit systems, and training trackers.
- Ability to work remotely with high ownership and coordination skills.
