Job Description :

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Android Developer with 2 years of experience to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining high-quality mobile applications for the Android platform. You will work closely with our product and design teams to deliver a seamless user experience.

Key Responsibilities :

- App Development: Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable Android applications. Ensure high performance, quality, and responsiveness of the applications.

- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other developers, to define, design, and ship new features.

- Code Review: Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality, performance, and best practices. Write clean, efficient, and reusable code.

- API Integration: Integrate third-party APIs and services into Android applications as needed. Ensure seamless data flow between the front-end and back-end systems.

- Bug Fixing: Identify and fix bugs and performance issues. Continuously improve the application's performance, security, and reliability.

- Testing: Write unit and UI tests to identify malfunctions and ensure the robustness of the application. Implement automated testing platforms and unit tests.

- Version Control: Use version control tools like Git to manage and track changes in codebase.

- Stay Updated: Keep up with the latest Android development trends, libraries, and best practices. Continuously learn and implement new technologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Experience: 2 years of experience in Android development with a strong portfolio of released applications on the Google Play Store.

- Programming Languages: Proficiency in Java and Kotlin. Experience in writing clean, maintainable, and efficient code.

- Android SDK: Strong knowledge of Android SDK, different versions of Android, and how to deal with different screen sizes.

- UI/UX: Familiarity with Android UI design principles, patterns, and best practices. Ability to translate designs and wireframes into high-quality code.

- APIs: Experience with RESTful APIs to connect Android applications to back-end services.

- Version Control: Proficiency with Git and other version control tools.

- Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering optimal solutions.
