About the Team:

The HR Analyst & Generalist will play a dual role, focusing on both analytical and generalist HR functions.

This position is ideal for a candidate with 2 years of experience in HR who is eager to leverage their analytical

skills while also handling a wide range of HR responsibilities. The role requires a detail-oriented, data-savvy

individual with strong interpersonal skills to support various HR initiatives and processes.


What Would This Role Entail?

1. HR Analysis:

● Collect, compile, and analyze HR data from various sources, including HRIS, payroll outputs,

management, and employee surveys.

● Generate reports and dashboards to track key HR metrics, such as turnover rates, employee

engagement, and recruitment effectiveness.

● Assist in developing and implementing data-driven HR strategies to improve organizational

performance.

2. HR Generalist Functions:

● Support the recruitment process, including job posting, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and

onboarding new hires.

● Assist in the administration of employee benefits programs and provide support to employees regarding

benefit inquiries.

● Participate in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures to ensure

compliance with labor laws and company standards.

3. Employee Relations:

● Act as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns, providing guidance and support on HR-related issues.

● Facilitate conflict resolution and assist in handling disciplinary actions and performance management

processes.

● Promote a positive workplace culture by organizing employee engagement activities and programs.

4. Training and Development:

● Coordinate and support the delivery of training and development programs for employees.

● Assist in identifying training needs and evaluating the effectiveness of training programs.

● Maintain training records and track employee development plans.

5. HR Administration:

● Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HRIS.

● Prepare and process HR-related documents, such as employment contracts, promotion letters, and

termination paperwork.

● Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations.


Necessary Skills and Qualities:

● Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

● Experience: Minimum of 5 to 6 years of experience in an HR Analyst role, preferably with exposure to

analytics and 3 years experience in generalist responsibilities.

● Should be comfortable with traveling or deputation for a few months on a project basis.


Good to Have Skills:

● Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, and analyze significant amounts of data.

● Proficient in Microsoft Excel and experience with HRIS systems.

● Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

● Strong organizational and time-management skills.

● Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

● Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.

● Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

● Understanding of local political landscape
