Additionally, Singhi & Co. is a member of the Moore Global Network in the UK, a renowned accounting and advisory firm globally.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role located in Mumbai for a Senior Partner (CA) - Statutory Audit. The Senior Partner will be responsible for leading statutory audits, ensuring compliance with regulations, managing and mentoring the audit team, and maintaining strong client relationships. The role involves leading, planning and executing audit engagements, reviewing financial statements, and ultimately reporting and presenting to TCWG (Board/ Audit Committee/ CEO/ CFO Etc).Qualifications- Experience in leading statutory audits and managing audit teams from mid to large scale listed entities. - Should have worked with substantial mid tier Indian firms or Global Audit firms in India - Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance and financial reporting standards, accounting and audit standards and strong technical grasp - Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills - Proficiency in Assurance, Risk Advisory, and Internal Audit processes - Exposure in BFSI statutory audits is a positive - Ability to develop and maintain client relationships - Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesThe Leadership of the firm is extremely quality and client service conscious with uncompromisable ethics. Substantial freedom of operations within the firm's QC policies are given to the partner. Cost is not a constraint for deserving candidate or those who can help build business for the firm or take leadership roles.
